Contact and account information such as name, phone number, SMS verification code, date of birth, and gender.

Information about your use of AUKEY MATE mobile apps and the products connected to these apps, including:

Information about the AUKEY MATE product or software, such as the product serial number, operating system version, MAC address, software version, battery life, error logs, system updates, and the name you assigned to the product.

Information about the device and network you use to connect to the AUKEY MATE product or software, such as your Internet connection type and service provider, IP address, SSID, wireless connection quality/signal strength, error logs, and the AUKEY MATE product or software you use. Unique identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, GUID) associated with a computer, tablet, or mobile device, as well as information and a list of the device's operating system and installed applications.

Information about the services and content that you access through the AUKEY MATE products or software, such as media that you use to connect to the AUKEY MATE products or software, external channels and third-party services, user ids and service tokens that allow you to access and sync to third-party accounts, content accessed through your products or software (e.g., Sleep tracks, stations, playlists, artists, albums, songs, or podcasts).

Location information. In addition to general location information that may be collected or exported from your IP address (e.g., province/municipality/city), some of our mobile apps request your precise location information through GPS-based features in order for certain features to work properly. (For example, to enable you to find lost or stolen products). Please note that exact location information constitutes sensitive personal information. Before collecting or using precise location information, we will always ask for your permission based on your mobile device Settings before collecting or using precise location information.

Information we collect from other sources

We may receive information about you from other sources (such as business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, social networking services, and others) to help us supplement our records.

If you access our Services through a third party website, application or social media platform, we may receive information about you from that third party website, application or platform (such as your name, username), phone number, and comments or content you post based on that third party's data management practices and your Settings. AUKEY MATE is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites, applications or platforms. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of any third party website, app or social media platform that you choose to use.

How do we use information

We may use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

Provide the services you request, such as integration with the streaming service of your choice.

To communicate with you, for example to keep you informed of our product/software updates and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.

For marketing and advertising purposes, including providing you with the latest product announcements, promotions and information about upcoming events.

Improving our services, including error detection and error reporting, improving the accuracy of reports, conducting anti-spam testing, understanding how users interact with our services and advertising, improving the usability and effectiveness of our products, conducting research and analysis, and testing and creating new products, features and services.

For the purposes of our business operations, including maintaining the security of your account, preventing fraud and complying with legal compliance (such as detecting security incidents and preventing improper, malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activities).

Identify users across multiple touchpoints. From time to time, we or our service providers may use the information we collect, such as user names, IP addresses and unique device identifiers, to attempt to identify individuals using various AUKEY MATE services, personal devices (such as smartphones, tablets) and browsers. (such as Safari and Chrome) to create a unified record for users. This helps us better understand your needs and preferences and provide you with a more seamless experience across these different touchpoints.

Other uses that require your consent. We may also use your information for specific purposes for which we have informed you. We will seek your consent to process your information for relevant purposes in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We may use and disclose the information we collect about you when it is reasonable and necessary to :(a) comply with legal process (such as subpoenas or court orders); (b) enforce our services or Terms of Sale, this Mobile App Privacy Policy Agreement, or other contracts with you (including investigating potential violations); (c) to respond to allegations relating to any content that infringes the rights of third parties; Or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of AUKEY Mate or others.

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your express consent.

We may share non-personally identifiable information with our partners to provide better services.
